Ordering Information for Display Cases

Prices are subject to change without notice. Products pictured may differ in color from what you receive.
Memorabilia within the display cases are props only and are not part of the display case.

Orders are not processed in real time. Orders are shipped the next business day. You will be notifed of
any out of stock item. We do not ship partial orders.

Any item received damaged from shipment requires you to notify us within 3 business days after receiving
shipment. We will not honor returns if you do not notify us within 3 business days of receiving shipment.

Return Policy:
Displaycasesrus.com will fully refund most items within 30 days of your item's shipping date. Please adhere to the following return policy.

If you wish to return an item please call us at 1-209-845-1977 or e-mail us at sales@displaycasesrus.com for return authorization. There is no restocking charge, however you are responsible for the cost of return shipment back to us. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded total amount.

Damaged items: We will send your replacement item free of charge. For damaged items, you will need to email us and describe the damage in detail. Please contact UPS and report that the case arrived damaged. They will then contact us to file a damage claim. Contact us after you have contacted UPS. UPS will let you know whether they are going to set an appointment to pick up the damaged item. If they don't, let us know we will handle the situation from our end.
